Cisco NOW Van visits South Wales
CNS hits the road to demonstrate latest technology07 May, 2008 Most businesses know that advances in technology can directly improve their efficiency and productivity but many smaller businesses are too busy to go out and find what's available. But that's all changing as Capital Network Solutions is bringing technology to businesses in South Wales with Cisco's much vaunted Network on Wheels - the NOW Van programme. CNS will be inviting key individuals from businesses and organisations in the area to come aboard the NOW Van between June 3-5th to and see cutting edge technology in action.
The 27-foot NOW Van is equipped with the latest Cisco networking equipment and can accommodate up to 10 people at each demonstration. The trained demonstration team will escort visitors through the state-of-the-art equipment and present informative and interactive demonstrations. The NOW Van will be stationed at Business in Focus offices in the Business Development Centre, Main Avenue, Treforest Industrial Estate, Pontypridd CF37 5UR on June 3rd and in Tondu Enterprise Centre, Bryn Road, Tondu, Bridgend CF32 9BS on June 4th. And on June 5th CNS will be taking the NOW Van to Bryn Hafren School, Merthyr Dyfan Road, Barry, CF62 9YQ, where CNS installed a highly efficient wireless network in 2005 which has impacted on every aspect of school life, from beating truancy to encouraging healthy eating. Here, the team will demonstrate the latest technology to pupils, staff and individuals from other schools and local authorities in Wales, though other guests who can not make either of the previous days will also be welcome.
