NEATH RUGBY 'TRIES' OUT NEW WIRELESS TECHNOLOGY
Neath realises all the benefits of ground wide wireless connectivity10 January, 2008 NEATH Rugby is ‘trying out' a cutting-edge technology system at its home at the Gnoll, with help from a Welsh IT Networking company. The facility currently allows authorised users to access the internet from across the ground, enabling staff at Neath Rugby to instantly email match reports to the WRU, the media, and supporters directly from the ground. In the future, this technology could also provide extensive additional benefits to the club, staff and supporters. Rachel Gardiner, Marketing and PR representative at Neath said: "This new technology has been an absolute godsend, particularly as we are now able to update match reports from wherever we are in the ground. Sarah Edwards, Business Development Director at Capital Network Solutions said: "Neath Rugby has shown great forward thinking in installing a wireless network at the Gnoll, its systems are now in line with some of the top sporting venues in the country." "Capital Network Solutions also supported Neath Rugby as matchball sponsor for the Neath v Aberavon game on Boxing Day, Neath's biggest game of the season, which they won, and was a fantastic showcase for the new technology."
