New educational institution installation for CNS
Project Summary
A flat layer 2 multi-vendor network was replaced with a managed, structured Cisco network in a collapsed backbone and access layer design. Two Cisco Catalyst 4500 switches were deployed in the core and ten Catalyst 3560 and 2960 switches in the access layer. The project was delivered on time and within budget with no disruption to users, with the customer reporting exceptional performance increases and increased reliability.
