Best of luck to the CNS team running in the Cardiff 10k this weekend
Best of luck to the Capital Network Solutions team who are competing in the Cardiff 10k this weekend.
Staff and customers have come together to represent CNS at this well known charity event and we are very proud of all the training and effort that they have put in to train for this event.
Mark Edwards, Techical Director is a competitive runner, taking part in events such as the Man V Horse race and the Swansea 10k amongst others but this time has managed to persuade a number of CNS customers to run with him.
"We have managed to lay down the gauntlett to the likes of Admiral Group, the Castle Hotel in Neath and Newydd Housing and are hoping for a competive position" commented Mark. "The last competitive event I ran in was the Man V Horse so I am hoping that I will stay much cleaner this time," said Mark.
