eCard Rewards

We recognise how hard our Team at CNS work to ensure the best services are provided to our customers and the support which is offered internally to our colleagues. Understanding how much a pat on the back can mean, we wanted to thank our team for the work they do, and so designed a Reward and Recognition scheme to do just that.

Aligned specifically with our seven core values, we have an eCard for each one, which anyone internally is able to send to their colleagues when they feel as though they've achieved it.

At the end of each quarter we hold a draw with the entries representing the eCards each individual has received in that time frame. Staff are then able to choose what type of reward they would like and this is our ‘thank you.’ Whether its a night away, the latest X-box or an adrenaline packed adventure we look forward to saying thank you in a way that's important to you.

Professional Development

 As industry leaders, we have to work hard to stay ahead of not only technological advancements but also the competition. Investing significantly in our staff in terms of technical training, management skills and leadership is critical to our growth and ongoing development.
All too often we are aware of staff professional and personal development taking a back seat due to cost or time constraints but if you value your ongoing progression both in terms of knowledge and industry recognised qualifications or career opportunities then we may be able to offer you a desirable position with us.
From your initial induction through to regular reviews and one-to-ones with your management team, we work with you to determine your learning and development needs. With your consultation, we put into place relevant instructor led courses, mentoring, internal workshops or shadowing to enable you to enhance your skills and experience whilst furthering your development in your chosen field.

Health and Wellbeing

 Healthy, happy staff make helpful and passionate staff so we place a significant emphasis upon health and mental wellbeing. We recognise that many factors influence your ability to do a job so we strive to maintain an open, supportive and confidential environment in which any issues can be discussed and addressed if required.
Whether its by benefiting from our inclusive health cover, attending our onsite gym in your lunchtime or not having to worry about scheduling medical appointments out of working hours, we recognise that you are a more than just a employee here to do a job.
So important to us is your well being, you can even benefit from one to one sessions with our psychologist without the fear of how this will be perceived by others.

Birthday Bonus

No one given the choice would want to work on their birthday. We know how important it is to take it easy or spend time with friends and family particularly on this special day.
We allow all of our employees to have this day off, on us, all that we ask is that you bring in some cake!

Social Life

We recognise that to achieve successful teamwork, respect and collaboration you need to create and nurture a culture where colleagues can become friends.
Working hard whilst having fun is so important to our team and we help to achieve this by having an active and varied social life outside working hours.
Whether it's a day spent at the races, a night singing our hearts out in a karaoke booth or a laugh a minute at a comedy night, we certainly know how to have fun.
We actively encourage full participation at our social get togethers' and it's just another way in which we can say thank you.
