Here at CNS we have seven core values which are at the heart of everything we do. They determine our behaviours and underpin how we support our customers and colleagues and truly represent the ethos that we all share. They even form a part of our recruitment and appraisal process.

During a facilitated workshop, we all identified key factors and scenarios that we felt were critical to the successful delivery of our services and those which would have the greatest impact upon customer satisfaction. We then determined behaviours and traits that reflected these values and gained company wide approval that these were right for us and our customers.


Identified through a whole company approach these values symbolise what it’s like to work at CNS and are so important to us, that we aligned our eCard Reward and Recognition scheme directly to them.
