We recognise how hard our Team at CNS work to ensure the best services are provided to our customers and the support which is offered internally to our colleagues. Understanding how much a pat on the back can mean, we wanted to thank our team for the work they do, and so designed a Reward and Recognition scheme to do just that.
Aligned specifically with our seven core values, we have an eCard for each one, which anyone internally is able to send to their colleagues when they feel as though they've achieved it.
At the end of each quarter we hold a draw with the entries representing the eCards each individual has received in that time frame. Staff are then able to choose what type of reward they would like and this is our ‘thank you.’ Whether its a night away, the latest X-box or an adrenaline packed adventure we look forward to saying thank you in a way that's important to you.
