Becoming part of the Management Team in 2017, Ian brings a wealth of experience to CNS from his previous positions as IT Manager, within multiple Legal Practices over the past 15 years. Overseeing the Operational Management at CNS, Ian works closely with all of the internal department heads, and attends regular Service Review meetings with CNS’ customers.
As an ITIL accredited professional he is responsible for the administration of the internal IT Business Management System, AutoTask, and has streamlined many processes, furthering our efficiencies. Ian manages the Service Desk Team and has high level of accountability over all technical teams.
Ian’s love of technology is not just limited to the workplace as he is a keen gamer and also enjoys the more traditional method of table top games. He can often be found emerged in a book or boxset of sci-fi, fantasy or crime genre, and has a house rabbit who is a well-loved a member of the family.
